Scope of application of low temperature thermostatic bath

Abstract: in order to ensure the safety and economic operation of the steam turbine, oil supply system must keep oil import bearings of the steam turbine in between 35 to 45 DEG C, outlet temperature is less than 65 DEG C。 In the oil supply system of a steam turbine generating unit, it is generally installed two or more units, which can ensure the cooling effect, and can be conveniently rotated。 The cold oil cooler is a kind of surface heat exchanger, the oil flows outside the tube, the cooling water flows in the pipe, and the heat can be taken away by heat exchange with the two kinds of fluid。 In the operation of steam turbine generator, due to various losses, the temperature of the generator will be increased。

Usually an air cooling system for cooling generator, using air generator stator winding, rotor iron core and the heat generated, and then transmitted to the cooling water in the heat exchanger surface cooler air. The actual operation of the provisions of the air cooler inlet air temperature shall not exceed 65 degrees Celsius, the temperature of the outlet air temperature shall not exceed 45.
The oil cooler and air cooler in power plant usually use circulating water as cooling water. As the unit running time is prolonged, the cooling performance of the cooling equipment is decreased due to the scaling corrosion. Especially in the hot summer because the temperature rise caused by elevated circulating water temperature, the oil cooler and the air cooler can not meet the normal cooling steam turbine oil supply system and ventilation cooling system requirements. In order to ensure the safe operation of the steam turbine generator set, it is generally used to solve the above problems by opening the industrial water with low temperature and even by reducing the load. This will inevitably lead to a large number of industrial water is discharged, resulting in a large number of industrial waste of water. Therefore, it is of special importance to save water for cooling system in the condition of normal operation of steam turbine generating unit, and it is of great importance to the engineering application value and social and economic significance.
In order to solve the cooling water temperature is high summer temperatures caused by rising caused by load running down a large number of industrial waste water and the unit, effectively save water, reduce the operating cost of the unit, through the introduction of low temperature thermostat in the existing cooling system of steam turbine, thus can ensure the safety and economic operation of the unit and can save a lot of the purpose of water cooling. This paper is based on the work, the cooling system of steam turbine generator set with low temperature constant temperature system is designed, calculated and analyzed, which provides reference for further engineering application.
